    469 people took part in our survey to find out how people would like to access NHS service using technology, book appointments and get test results, and what people think about communication from and feedback to GP practices.

    We worked with Healthwatch Warwickshire to produce a simple 9 step approach tool to help make engagement worthwhile for organisations and individuals.

    Local people have told us what they think about the location of outpatient appointments and tests. 205 people responded to our survey asking about how people travel to outpatient appointments at hospitals and the impact of different locations.
