Changes to our services due to Covid19
We have changed how we work due to the impact of the coronavirus. We are likely to have less staff available and need to work in different ways. Our information helpline is still available but it is best if you can contact it by email if you can. We can then call you back if you give us your phone number.
If you are unable to do this you can still phone our information helpline on 024 7625 2011 but you will not be able to leave a message and so may need to keep trying. The helpline will be open Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.00pm.
The independent NHS Complaints Advocacy service will be providing support with NHS complaints by phone and email. Face to face appointments will not be possible at this time. Please use the information line number and email above to reach this service.
We will always try to respond to you as soon as we can but it may take us longer than usual.
