Our Steering Group met via Zoom in October.

Volunteers from Healthwatch Coventry looked at the websites of GP practices in Coventry to see what information was given about Covid-19 and how to access GP services.

Between 6 July 2020 and 7 August 2020 we spoke to 71% of residential care home managers and heard their experiences and views about the impact of Covid-19 on the services they provide along with examples of what worked and what did not.

We looked at the information about dental services available at Coventry dental practices following their reopening to patients.
