We visited Arden Park Care Home to ensure that people who may be vulnerable and less able to raise their voices have the opportunity to speak to Healthwatch Coventry, and to look at how residents' physical health needs are supported.

Healthwatch gathered the views of 271 local people to understand the factors people though made a good quality GP service for them.

We visited University Hospital in Coventry to ask patients if they knew how to give feedback or raise concerns with the Trust

We worked with Healthwatch Warwickshire to produce a simple 9 step approach tool to help make engagement worthwhile for organisations and individuals.
