Experiences of the NHS App
Between October and December 2025, we carried out a project to hear from people living in Coventry about how the NHS App was working for them.
We heard from 246 people through an online survey, spoke to residents at various locations such as community centres and foodbanks etc. We wanted to understand whether people were able to get registered for the NHS App and if the app was able to improve their access to certain services, such as ordering repeat medication.
The findings were used to help identify what services people were able to access via the NHS App, and what issues people were facing. The findings of our report will be shared across decision makers to help improve local services.
