This year has been a time of growth in the reach and influence of Healthwatch Coventry and of significant pressure in NHS and social care services.

  • We reached 17,253 people who talked to us or used our information
  • We published 8 reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services.
  • Our 37 outstanding volunteers who gave 777 hours to make care better for our community
  • We increased our social media reach by 239% this year by  working to connect with local people and online groups

  • Access to services
  • Communication issues – not getting information needed at the right time in the right way
  • Concerns about medical care
  • Delays and waiting times
  • How NHS complaints were managed or access to Patient Liaison Services

This year marks a special milestone for Healthwatch. Over the last ten years, people have shared their experiences, good and bad, to help improve health and social care. A big thank you to all our who inspired change.
