What does this cover?

This briefing brings together Healthwatch Coventry findings and recommendations from different pieces fo work which remain issues for local people.

This covers a number of areas including: 

• What people from Coventry said they want from their care services overall
• Digital exclusion and inclusion in health services
• Access to services
• Issues abut communication with local people about heath and care services 
• Mental Health services
• NHS Dentistry
• Care homes and residents' health

Why have we produced it?

There has been change to the way local NHS services are co-ordinated with some new organisations set up. They have the job of coming up with the priorities and plans for local services.  A plan called the Integrated Care Strategy is being written to set out the things the things NHS and service will focus on in Coventry and Warwickshire

This briefing paper was sent to those gathering information to inform this strategy.  So that all of the feedback and issues Healthwatch Coventry has found out from local people are highlighted.
