Our Good Engagement Charter is a simple 9 step guide for those working in NHS and social care services on what helps make people want to get involved and give their views. It is based on local community research.
Engagement can be anything from having conversations with people about their experiences of using services, to surveys, consultations, and involvement in service redesign.
People tell us that sometimes engagement is not meaningful for them our Charter will help make engagement worthwhile for orgnisations and individuals.
