Over 50 people came together at Coventry Transport museum for our annual meeting where we:

Four people sitting at a table in animated discussion
  • Looked at our work and achievements over the past year
  • Celebrated 10 years of Healthwatch work for better health and care services and the 75th anniversary of the NHS
  • Had discussions about what makes positive patient and public involvement in services.

People fed back the things they value about Healthwatch Coventry including:

  • Healthwatch can speak freely and is heard
  • Is approachable
  • Reliable
  • Flexible
  • Includes diversity of voice
  • And has an independent role
