We gathered the views of over 700 people about community pharmacy service in Coventry by asking about how they used pharmacy services and what additional things they would also consider using pharmacies for.
Each year Healthwatch Coventry looks at the evidence local NHS organisations produce about the quality of their services, and inputs into the ideas for future quality priorities based on what we hear about services.

Healthwatch Coventry built a partnership with key staff at Tile Hill Wood School for Girls, which enabled us to work with some pupils and carry out a survey to find out what health-related issues mattered most to them.
