The Information Line is entirely independent of NHS and social care services. We will either provide you with information or suggest another source of information or help such as a local voluntary organisation
And for those who wish to make a complaint about an NHS service, we provide information and can link you NHS complaints advocacy support.
The phone line operates Monday to Friday 9.30 - 4.00pm.
