The NHS and social care can be complicated. The Healthwatch Coventry Information Line Service can help you find your way; connect you with information; and understand your rights. Plus, for those who wish to make a complaint about an NHS service, provide information and support.

The Information Line is a friendly, confidential service and is entirely independent of NHS and social care services.  

When you contact us we will either provide you with information or suggest another source of information or help such as a local voluntary organisation 

The phone line operates  Monday to Friday 9.30 - 4.00pm. Outside these hours you can leave a message on our answer machine and be assured of a prompt response the next working day. In all cases we aim to respond to your initial enquiry within 3 working days.
