Currently it is best if you can contact our information helpline by email if you can. We can then call you back if you give us your phone number.
If you are unable to do this you can still phone our information helpline on 024 7625 2011 but you will not be able to leave a message and so may need to keep trying. The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.00pm. We will always try to respond to you as soon as we can but it may take us longer than usual.
NHS complaints process re-started
During the peak of Covid-19 the NHS complaints process was paused. It has now restarted, so individuals can once again get their concerns about NHS care investigated. We have guides to the process on this website
