Welcome to Healthwatch Coventry

Our Helpline service

Currently it is best if you can contact our information helpline by email if you can. We can then call you back if you give us your phone number.

If you are unable to do this you can still phone our information helpline on 024 7625 2011 but you will not be able to leave a message and so may need to keep trying.  The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.00pm. We will always try to respond to you as soon as we can but it may take us longer than usual.

Help with making a compliant using the NHS complaints process

Read three new reports of our visits to care homes in Coventry. We visted Allesley Hall, Arden Park and Evedale care homes. We asked how health needs are met, about activities and quality of life factors.

If you are unable to leave your home due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), and do not have any one to help you then Coventry City Council may be able to help you with a number of services.
