Our Steering Group met in February.

We asked family carers and those they care for about their experiences of respite or replacement care provision. We wanted to find out if the service met the needs of those who usually do the caring role and those who are cared for.

We worked with Healthwatch Warwickshire to ask people what the NHS should make a priority as it puts in place plans for the future. See what people saw as important for their NHS services

Local people have come together to hear about our work to represent the interests of patients and the public in health and social care.

Each year Healthwatch Coventry looks at the evidence local NHS organisations produce about the quality of their services, and inputs into the ideas for future quality priorities based on what we hear about services.
