Coventry Older Voices are holding a public meeting on Wednesday 30 May from 10.30 to 12.30 at the new Council building Friargate One (near the railway station).
The main topic will be a presentation of the Care Quality Commission’s Report. The CQC is the government’s inspection team for all health and social care services. A team carried out a thorough review of how well Coventry people are treated and then produced a set of recommendations. Subsequently an Action Plan has been drawn up.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions, followed by table discussions on how local people could be involved in making improvements to services.
You can book a place by email or telephone Bridget Harper on 024 7659 8451 or Anne Lakin on 024 7661 3017
