Home Care - your experiences matter

We are gathering experiences of local Home Support Services

from people who use them and their family carers

These services are provided in people's own homes and support people to remain independent. For some people this care is paid for by the council and others pay for it themselves.

You can tell us your experiences in 4 ways:

1. through our online survey (deadline 29 March 2018)

2. downloading a copy of the survey to print (PDF document 350KB)

3. emailing us to be posted a copy

We will share our findings with Coventry City Council. The council oversees contracts with 7 Home Support providers and wants to hear the experiences of service users. We can make recommendations and get a response and we will publish a report.
